Job summary

NCR Atleos in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Field Service Technician I to represent the NCR Atleos brand on-site at customer locations. You will learn to troubleshoot basic ATM modules, plan your day, and communicate clearly using our service app.

This entry-level role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel. We provide hands-on training, safety instruction, and opportunities to grow with an industry leader.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the specified geographic area (Phoenix, AZ).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain driving record as required.
• Access to reliable transportation for work purposes.
• Familiarity with Android smartphones and ability to operate company-provided device.
• Ability to perform essential functions including lifting up to 50 lbs and outdoor work in varying weather.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, overtime, and/or flex shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follow Safety and Security Procedures when working on ATMs.
• Complete NCR Atleos trainings and certifications.
• Diagnose problems from ATM error logs and service app data.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs indoors and outdoors.
• Report updates and details of work performed, including call closures.
• Maintain parts inventory and related records.
• Report hours worked and miles driven daily.
