Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within their assigned territory. Travel is required within the country.

You will perform installation, repair, software loading and training bank staff, plus support other teams. This role includes on-call duties, lifting up to 80 lbs, and lifting equipment as needed. Required is an Associate degree or equivalent experience; strong electronics knowledge; ability to use voltmeters; willingness to work

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Electronics or 3–5 years field service experience.
Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs with/without assistance.
Willingness to travel across the country for work.
On-call duty required; compensation provided.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs within a defined geographic territory.
Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks.
Collaborate with internal/external support to provide maintenance to end users.
Complete administrative reports within the allotted timeline.
Maintain security procedures and company property.
