Job summary

Hyosung America, Inc. in Charlotte, NC seeks a Field Service Engineer responsible for on-site service and maintenance of ATMs in the defined territory. You will perform installation, repair, software loading, preventive maintenance and travel as needed.

You will train bank staff, coordinate with support teams, and complete administrative reports while maintaining SLAs. Requires ability to lift up to 80 lbs, travel nationwide, on-call duty, and a strong customer service mindset.

Qualifications

• May require an Associate's Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and use hand tools.
• Travel to other areas of the country as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain ATMs within a defined geographic territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with internal/external support to provide maintenance.
• Complete administrative reports and meet SLAs.
• Travel as required; flexible on-call duties.
