Job summary

Hyosung America, Inc is seeking a Field Service Engineer to perform service and maintenance on Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) within the assigned territory in Greenville, SC. This role includes on-site repair, software loading and preventive maintenance, with occasional travel.

The position may involve training responsibilities for new Field Service Engineers and participation in staging/integration of ATMs. A valid driver's license and on-site availability are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience; 3-5 years field service experience preferred
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs with assistance; ability to work extended hours and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, software load and maintain ATMs or related products within defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with internal/external support teams to provide end-user maintenance.
• Maintain Service Level Agreements per customer contract.
