Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. in Richmond, VA is seeking a Field Service Technician to service and maintain ATMs within assigned territory.

The role covers on-site repair, maintenance, software loading and replacement tasks, with some travel required to support customers. Ideal candidates have electronics/electro-mechanical experience, ability to use voltmeters and hand tools, and the flexibility to work extended hours or on-call duties.

Qualifications

• May require an Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience, prior ATM experience preferred, but not required, or 3-5 years of experience in the field service.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters and hand tools.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy parts up to 80 lbs.
• Willingness to travel across the country and work extended hours if needed.
• On-Call duty required for FSE positions with compensation.

Responsibilities

• Installation, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs within a defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks of equipment.
• Collaborate with internal and external support to provide maintenance to end users.
• Maintain all Service Level Agreements defined per contract.
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, testing and cleaning of ATMs.
• Complete administrative reports in a timely manner.
