Job summary

Hyosung America, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Field Service Engineer to install, repair and maintain ATMs within the assigned territory. You will perform on-site service, software loading, diagnostics and preventive maintenance, and may train staff as needed.

Travel within the territory is required, with on-call duty and reporting responsibilities. The role requires strong electronics knowledge, tool handling and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs, with occasional extended hours.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience; ATM experience preferred but not required; or 3–5 years in field service.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Ability to carry/heavy parts up to 80 lbs.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and work extended hours, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs within defined geographic territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with internal/external support to provide end-user maintenance.
• Maintain service levels per customer contracts.
• Travel occasionally to areas outside home geography as needed.
• Complete administrative reports and on-call duties.
