Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within an assigned territory. You will perform on-site repairs, maintenance, software loading, and replacements, with some travel required to cover customer locations.

Candidates should have electronics/electro-mechanical understanding, ability to use voltmeters, lift up to 80 lbs, and be flexible with shifts and on-call duties; training of new engineers may be involved.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics or 3–5 years in field service; ATM experience preferred but not required.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro‑mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Ability to use hand tools and lift up to 80 lbs.
• Willingness to travel to other areas of the country as needed.
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• On-call duty required; compensation provided.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, load software, and maintain ATMs in a defined geographic territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with internal/external support to provide maintenance for end users.
• Maintain service SLAs as defined per contract.
• Handle medium to high complexity products/services.
• Occasionally travel outside home geography; short-notice travel may be required.
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, testing, and cleaning of ATMs.
• Manage spare parts and inventory processes; complete admin reports timely.
• Complete tasks assigned by supervisor or staff; work independently with minimal supervision.
• Provide outstanding customer service as a representative of NHA.
