Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician (ATM) in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on on-site service, repair and maintenance of ATMs within the assigned territory, with some travel and potential involvement in staff training.

The successful candidate will work with internal teams to ensure adherence to SLAs, perform preventive maintenance and support customers with a focus on reliability and security. On-call duties are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Electronics or equivalent experience; 3–5 years in field service acceptable.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Ability to use hand tools and carry up to 80 lbs.
• Willingness to work extended hours and travel as needed.
• On-call duty with compensation is required for all FSE positions.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain ATMs within assigned territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with internal/external support for end-user service.
• Maintain service level agreements per customer contract.
• Travel occasionally to areas outside home geography.
• Complete admin reports and inventory/spare parts management.
