Job summary

Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain Automated Teller Machines across a defined territory. You will provide on-site support, perform repairs and software loads, and may assist with training and ATM staging. Some travel is required.

The role requires electronics and electro-mechanical know-how, the ability to lift up to 80 lbs, and willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed. A valid driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters and common hand tools.
• willingness to travel to other areas and work extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, load software and maintain ATMs within a defined geographic territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with internal/external support to provide end‑user maintenance.
• Maintain SLA compliance per customer contract and manage spare parts.
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, testing and cleaning of ATMs.
• Complete administrative reports within deadlines and work on-call duties.
