Job summary

Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within a defined territory, with on-site support and potential training of new engineers. Some travel is required and on-call duty is part of the role.

The position requires electronics/electro-mechanical knowledge, ability to use voltmeters, and willingness to travel across the territory plus occasional extended hours. A valid driver's license is necessary.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Electronics or equivalent field service experience.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain ATMs within defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks.
• Provide on-site support and meet service SLAs.
• Travel as required and on-call duty.
• Complete administrative reports in a timely manner.
• Maintain inventory procedures and company property.
