Job summary

Hyosung America, Inc. seeks a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs in a defined territory. On-site repair, preventive maintenance, and software loading are core duties, with occasional travel and training responsibilities for new staff.

The candidate will work with internal and external teams to ensure uptime, manage spare parts, and complete required reports, while upholding security and company policies.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience; 3–5 years field service preferred.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electromechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs within a defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks.
• Travel to areas outside home geography as required by the contract.
• Maintain spare parts and inventory per procedures.
• Complete administrative reports in a timely manner.
