Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to service Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) in the Washington, DC area. You will perform installation, repair, software loading and preventive maintenance, ensuring SLA adherence and customer satisfaction. Some travel within territory and on-call duties are required.

The role requires an electronics background, the ability to lift up to 80 lbs, and excellent problem-solving skills to support bank customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or 3–5 years field service experience.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment.
• Ability to travel nationwide and lift up to 80 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, load software and maintain ATMs within defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks.
• Travel as needed and complete required reports and on-call duties.
