Job summary

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital measuring tools such as voltmeters.
• Ability to travel domestically and work extended hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain ATMs within a defined geographic territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to provide end-user support.
• Maintain service levels as defined in customer contracts.
• Handle spare parts and inventory processes.
• Complete administrative reports in a timely manner.
• Work on tasks with minimal supervision and be on-call as required.
