Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within the assigned U.S. territory. You will perform repairs, software loading and preventive maintenance, with occasional travel and on‑call duties.

You may train other field service engineers and assist with staging and integration of ATMs, ensuring high quality customer service and adherence to SLAs. Some travel is required and a valid driver’s license is a must.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
3–5 years field service experience preferred, ATM experience a plus.
Solid understanding of electronics and electro‑mechanical equipment operation.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs within defined territory.
Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks.
Coordinate with internal/external support to provide end‑user service.
Maintain service SLAs as defined per contract and travel as needed.
Complete admin reports and inventory/control of spare parts.
