Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. seeks a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain ATMs within a defined territory. The role includes on-site support, repairs, software loading, and preventive maintenance, with some travel required.

Candidate should have electronics expertise, the ability to lift up to 80 lbs, and be able to work extended hours or on-call as needed. Training and coordination with other teams may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Electronics or equivalent experience; 3–5 years field service preferred.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to travel nationally and lift up to 80 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain ATMs within defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with internal/external support to provide end-user maintenance.
• Maintain service levels as defined by customer contracts.
• Complete administrative reports within deadlines.
