Job summary

Nautilus Hyosung America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) within a defined territory. You will provide on-site support, perform repairs, software loading, and preventive maintenance, and may assist with training other engineers. Some travel is required.

The role requires strong electronics knowledge, the ability to lift up to 80 lbs, and willingness to work extended hours and on-call shifts. A valid driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Ability to use hand tools and carry heavy parts up to 80 lbs.
• Ability to travel domestically if needed.
• On-Call duty may be required for all FSE positions.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs within defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks of equipment.
• Work with internal and external support departments to provide maintenance support.
• Maintain all Service Level Agreements as defined per customer contract.
• Work on products and services of medium to high complexity.
• Occasional travel outside home geography with short notice as required.
• Perform preventive maintenance functions including diagnostics, testing and cleaning.
• Manage spare parts and follow inventory processes.
• Complete administrative reports within time limits.
• Complete tasks as assigned by supervisor or applicable NHA staff.
• Flexible work schedule with on-call duty.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Provide an extraordinary customer service experience as a representative of NHA.
• Maintain company property in good working condition.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and follow security procedures.
