Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Banking Service Technician to service and support existing customers, respond to service calls, and manage small projects within the bank service space.

Qualifications

• Experience with banking drive-up and electronic systems is required.
• Strong customer-service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and on a team to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, test, repair, and service drive-up banking systems and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair remote units and network-connected devices.
• Mentor less experienced staff and share technical knowledge.
• Respond to service calls and after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Estimate costs, time, and materials for replacements.
• Maintain equipment and comply with safety policies.
