Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Banking Service Technician to service and support existing customers, respond to service calls, and contribute to small projects while upholding our culture and values.

You will work on drive-up, locksmith, and electronic banking equipment, including DVR/NVR systems, with a focus on reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction across the Raleigh area.

Qualifications

• Experience with drive-up, locksmith, and electronic banking systems.
• Experience with DVRs and NVRs connected to remote systems.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Able to adapt to changing situations.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, test, repair, and service drive-up and related banking equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair remote units; install and support network systems.
• Respond to service calls and manage maintenance tasks.
• Mentor less experienced staff and ensure safety compliance.
• Estimate costs and manage project timelines.
