Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union seeks an IT Applications Specialist focused on ATM software and self-service terminals. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and integrate ATM applications, build low-code solutions, and document system decisions.

You will provide Tier 2/3 support, analyze issues, coordinate deployments, and participate in backlog grooming with cross-functional teams while ensuring effective end-user support and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus 2+ years in IT application support.
• Experience with Windows, scripting, analytics tools, and SDLC/Agile practices.
• Familiarity with ATM software/hardware is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for ATM application systems and integrations.
• Coordinate upgrades, testing, and deployment in staging and production.
• Develop documentation and assist with user training.
• Analyze gaps, backlogs, and propose improvements to processes.
