Job summary

M&T Bank is seeking a Technical Engineer to join a highly visible engineering team supporting ATM ecosystems and TCR-related technology initiatives. You will configure, deploy, maintain, and enhance vendor ATM software platforms, while driving automation and reliability across enterprise-scale technologies.

Ideal candidates have strong systems administration, software deployment, patch management, and PowerShell/batch scripting experience in a Windows environment.

Qualifications

• Combined minimum of 5 years' higher education and/or work experience in systems design, management and/or architecture.
• Experience in systems administration and software deployment.
• Experience with configuration management and patch management.
• Experience supporting enterprise software applications and technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, deploy, maintain, and support vendor-provided ATM software applications and related platforms.
• Support ATM monitoring systems and related operational technologies.
• Perform deployment, maintenance, upgrades, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.
• Automate deployment and operational processes using PowerShell, batch scripts.
• Triage and resolve application, infrastructure, and operational issues.
• Collaborate with vendors and engineers to implement technology initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of supported applications, services, and vendor technologies.
