Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze and solve complex ITM/ATM/Device system issues using monitoring systems and third party support.
• Escalate production issues and support ongoing system development.
• Prioritize daily workflows with strong multi-tasking capabilities.
• Make decisions on highly complex issues within guidelines and resolve problems.
• Report daily operational fleet data on transactions, work volume, and quality.
