Job summary

M&T Bank is seeking a Technical Engineer to support the ATM ecosystem and TCR-related technology initiatives. You will work at the intersection of systems engineering, deployment, automation, and infrastructure support, ensuring reliability for banking services across the organization.

You will install and maintain vendor ATM software, support monitoring systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enterprise-scale solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years combined education/experience in systems design or architecture.
• Experience administering Windows-based enterprise environments.
• Experience with software deployment and patch management.
• Scripting with PowerShell or Batch.
• Experience with ATM platforms and vendor software in enterprise contexts.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, deploy, maintain, and support vendor ATM software applications and TCR-related tech.
• Support ATM monitoring and deposit management systems and related platforms.
• Automate deployment, maintenance, upgrades, patching, and remediation activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, platform, infrastructure, and operational issues.
• Collaborate with vendors, engineers, and support teams to implement solutions.
