Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union is seeking a Business Intelligence Specialist to support the ATM Strategy team. You will analyze data, build dashboards, and generate insights to improve member experiences and backend ATM operations.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with BI tools, and the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders. Hybrid work environment with in-office two days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree with analytics experience in financial services preferred.
• 3+ years analytics experience for Bachelor’s path or 5+ years for Associate’s path.
• Strong analytical, financial, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and present clearly.

Responsibilities

• Translate member-driven data into actionable business plans for ATM network.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPI and performance trends.
• Analyze geographic and demographic data to inform ATM placements and strategies.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics teams to improve transactional dashboards.
• Benchmark costs, volumes, and profitability of ATM fleet and service levels.
• Coordinate deployment logistics and support for disaster relief scenarios.
