Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union (SECU) is seeking a Business Intelligence Specialist to support the ATM Strategy team. You will translate member-driven data into actionable insights and help define strategies for the SECU ATM fleet.

You will partner with Data Analytics to develop advanced dashboards, analyze trends, and present clear recommendations. This hybrid role requires strong analytical skills and experience with BI tools and statistical methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years analytics experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
• OR Associate’s degree with 5 years analytics experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, financial, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to take complex data sets and deliver concise recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic direction of the ATM network by translating member-driven data into actionable business plans.
• Present high-level operational visibility to stakeholders using the ATM at a Glance framework.
• Build and evolve dashboards to monitor member-driven data and analyze network trends.
• Develop customer-view profiles to analyze demographics’ interaction with ATMs.
• Track KPIs and Failed Client Interactions to identify operational gaps.
• Analyze geographic and demographic data to recommend ATM placements or relocations.
• Assess on-us vs off-us transaction ratios to determine machine value.
• Benchmark deposit per transaction, fleet sizes, market landscape, and cash usage.
