Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union seeks an IT Applications Specialist for in-office operations focused on ATM and self-service software. You will troubleshoot, integrate, test, and document system functionality, while building low-code/no-code solutions and providing Tier 2/3 support.

You will collaborate across teams, manage user permissions, monitor interfaces, and contribute to backlog refinement. Strong communication and English fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in IT Application Support or Administration.
• Proficient with Windows operating systems and scripting basics.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, Splunk, PowerShell or APIs is a plus.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile/Scrum and ITIL incident/problem management.
• Strong analytical skills and clear written/oral communication.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day IT functions: user management, license management, roles, permissions, and groups.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support; diagnose incidents and resolve issues; monitor health and integrations.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring issues.
• Coordinate upgrades, patches, and testing; liaison between business and tech teams.
• Assist with training, documentation, and post-implementation adoption.
