ServiceMaster Restoration Services in Atlanta is seeking a motivated Business Development Consultant to help build relationships, create new opportunities, and grow our referral network.

You’ll actively reach out, schedule meetings, and turn conversations into business, working with insurance agents, plumbers, HVAC companies, property managers, and real estate professionals to expand the ServiceMaster brand.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with referral partners across the Atlanta market
• Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to contacts
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team
• Follow up with referral partners and prospective accounts
• Help turn new contacts into long-term referral relationships
• Manage contacts, opportunities, and follow-up in CRM
• Research and identify new businesses and accounts to pursue
• Support outside sales with scheduling and follow-up
• Coordinate networking events and community outreach
• Track activity, opportunities, referrals, and results
• Represent the ServiceMaster brand professionally
