ServiceMaster Restoration Services in Atlanta is seeking a motivated Business Development Consultant (BDC) to help us build stronger relationships, create new opportunities, and grow our referral network.

You’ll actively reach out, follow up, schedule meetings, and turn conversations into business, working with insurance agents, plumbers, HVAC companies, property managers, realtors, and other referral partners.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, insurance, construction, restoration, or account management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls, texts, and emails to new and existing contacts.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with referral partners and identify opportunities.
• Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to new and existing contacts.
• Schedule meetings for the business development team.
• Follow up with referral partners and prospective accounts.
• Manage contacts, opportunities, and follow-up activity in the CRM.
• Research and identify new businesses to pursue.
• Support outside sales representatives with scheduling and follow-up.
• Coordinate networking events and community outreach.
