Job summary

ServiceMaster Restoration Services is seeking a motivated Business Development Consultant (BDC) to help grow our referral network and expand our presence in the Atlanta market. You’ll actively reach out, follow up, set meetings, and convert conversations into business.

You’ll build relationships with insurance agents, plumbers, HVAC companies, property managers, and other partners, schedule appointments, track activity in the CRM, and represent the ServiceMaster brand professionally.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with insurance agents, plumbers, HVAC companies, property managers, realtors, commercial businesses, and other referral partners
• Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to new and existing contacts
• Schedule meetings and appointments for our business development team
• Follow up with referral partners and prospective accounts
• Help turn new contacts into long-term referral relationships
• Manage contacts, opportunities, and follow-up activity in our CRM
• Research and identify new businesses and accounts to pursue
• Support outside sales representatives with scheduling and follow-up
• Help coordinate networking events, lunches, meetings, and community outreach
• Follow up with referral partners after jobs are received
• Track activity, opportunities, referrals, and results
• Represent the ServiceMaster brand professionally
