Bunzl Distribution NA in Atlanta, GA (Litha Springs) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support business customer accounts by handling a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and order inquiries. You’ll work with a team of 6–8 peers to resolve order, product, pricing, billing, and delivery issues quickly and accurately.

This role acts as a key customer support liaison between sales, warehouse operations, billing, and customers—ensuring a smooth order experience from start to finish.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills across phone, email, and written channels.
• Experience with order entry, order processing, or ERP systems is a plus.
• Able to manage high call volume and multiple priorities.

Mansioni

• Handle 50–100 daily customer interactions (inbound calls, email, EDI, and fax).
• Process and manage high-volume customer orders with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Investigate and resolve order issues, billing discrepancies, and delivery concerns.
• Act as a point of contact between customers, sales, warehouse, and billing teams.
• Expedite orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders through high-quality customer service.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems and meet customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of products, systems, and company processes.
• Support additional customer service and administrative tasks as needed.
