Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required; some college preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently with accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a direct contact for a given territory, channel or region.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and handle complaints.
• Process orders of all types and warranty/curtesy replacements.
• Record calls and emails in CRM and document actions taken.
• Coordinate with Internal Sales Representatives and manufacturers' rep agencies.
• Support Inside Sales Team and provide back-up as needed.
• Other duties as required.
