Job summary

Arby’s Atlanta market seeks a Senior District Manager to lead a team of District Managers, driving sales, profit and operational excellence across multiple restaurants.

You will develop district leadership, ensure adherence to brand standards, conduct restaurant visits (announced and unannounced), analyze P&L and KPIs, and collaborate with the Regional VP to execute the market's operating plan. This role requires travel across the market and a commitment to leadership development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of restaurant management experience including 4+ years as a District Manager.
• Proven experience leading multiple District Managers within a multi-district structure.
• Experience with Arby's brand or a comparable QSR concept is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build a culture of People First across the Atlanta market by coaching District Managers and developing leadership bench strength.
• Drive sales and profit by planning a market calendar, conducting restaurant visits, and holding performance conversations.
• Ensure brand standards, food safety, and service quality through regular audits and coaching.
• Recruit and staff District Managers, support vacancies, and maintain a robust talent bench.
• Communicate plans and performance to the Regional VP and hold districts accountable to goals.
