Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales or business development experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage high follow-up volumes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential leads across North America.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through email, phone and other channels.
• Qualify inbound leads and align them to product lines.
• Schedule discovery meetings and product demonstrations.
• Support trade shows and industry events.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to refine outreach sequences.
• Maintain up-to-date records of prospect activity in CRM.
• Track outreach against pipeline goals and meet targets.
• Relay market feedback to Sales, Marketing and Product teams.
