No prior B2B sales experience is required; structured training, mentorship, and ongoing development are provided to support licensing and leadership growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to advance into leadership.
• Goal-oriented, coachable, and willing to learn.
• Previous background in sales, customer service, athletics, hospitality, military, or management is a plus (not required).
• Authorized to work in the United States with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with local business owners and key decision-makers
• Develop new business accounts throughout the Atlanta metro
• Conduct face-to-face consultations with prospective and current clients
• Present voluntary workplace benefit options to employers and employees
• Support workplace enrollment meetings
• Maintain relationships with existing client accounts; manage appointments and follow-up using CRM
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and development
