• Educate clients on their benefit options and help them make informed coverage decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
• Conduct benefit enrollment appointments with professionalism and accuracy.
• Assist clients with policy questions, claims support, beneficiary updates, and ongoing service needs.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Follow up with existing clients to ensure their coverage continues to meet their needs.
• Work closely with local businesses to provide a positive enrollment experience for their employees.
• Participate in daily meetings, ongoing training, and professional development.
