Job summary
Expert Connections seeks a Technical Service Manager in Atlanta, GA to lead Service, Applications, Customer Support, and technical operations. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily technical operations across Service, Applications, Customer Support, and testing.
- Provide hands-on support with troubleshooting, installations, commissioning, FAT/SAT, and customer escalations.
- Improve service response times, team productivity, workflows, and operational efficiency.
- Establish and track KPIs, priorities, processes, and technical standards.
- Lead onboarding, technical training, and team development.
- Oversee repair/RGA processes, workplace safety, and 5S.
- Coordinate technical projects and improvements with international teams.
- Maintain strong communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
