Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Proven hands-on technical leadership experience within automation, machinery, field service, or industrial operations.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• PLC and system integration experience; Siemens and EtherCAT experience preferred.
• Field service, equipment installation, and commissioning experience.
• Leadership experience, ideally 3+ years in field service, technical service, or technical operations.
• Experience driving KPIs, continuous improvement, productivity, and 5S.
• Strong customer-facing and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Dispensing technology experience is a plus.
• German or Spanish language skills and/or experience working with international teams is a plus.
• Salesforce, Asana, Microsoft Business Central, and CAD/SolidWorks experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
