University of Wisconsin Superior is seeking a student Athletics - Statistician Game Worker to support game-day operations in the athletics department. You will perform statistics-related tasks, data entry, and assist with promotions and event setup as part of a campus team.

Student workers play a vital role in our game-day presentation and fill numerous roles at our events. Candidates need to be able to perform the duties listed below capably.

Job Duties:
  • Work in various statistics and game management capacities at athletic events including:
  • Data entry on statistics computers
  • Game sheet management
  • Scoreboard operation
  • Playing of music
  • Video recording
  • Provide information regarding athletic events and promotions
  • Assist in event set up and take down
  • Dress in proper work apparel suitable to venue and weather
  • Other duties as assigned

Compensation: Position: Campus Support - Level 2 Pay Rate: $12.00/hour

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be a current UW‑Superior student
  • Preference given to students who qualify for federal work study
  • Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Must demonstrate customer service skills
  • Must be available to work nights, weekends, and during breaks
Additional Information:
  • Maximum of 20.00 hours/week for international student employees to comply with VISA requirements. Additionally, maximum of 25.00 hours/week for domestic students working under a student assist contract to comply with ACA regulations.

It will also require your references to answer questions regarding employee misconduct, sexual violence and sexual harassment. The University reserves the right to check references with notice given to the candidates at the appropriate time in the process.
