University of Wisconsin–Superior is seeking a Student Administrative Support in Swenson Hall. The role involves planning and executing various projects for instructors and programs, with a start of 10 hours per week and hourly pay of $11.00, plus potential yearly raises.

Workday Internal Jobs Site for Students Position Title: Student Administrative Support Job Category: Student Hourly Job Profile: Student Help Job Summary: The Student Administrative Support position with the Writing, Literature, & Language Department includes planning and executing various projects for the instructors and for the programs within the department. The position requires regularly scheduled weekly hours in Swenson Hall, but the projects and tasks will vary throughout the semester. The position will start at 10 hours/week and adjust based on need. The pay rate starts at $11.00/hour with the opportunity for performance raises yearly. Please indicate if you are eligible for Work Study in the application. Work Study eligibility is preferred but not required.

General duties:
  • Creating documents using the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Communicating by phone and email to promote the programs
  • Designing displays and posters for the programs and their events
  • Researching online
  • Copying, scanning, other clerical duties
