Job Summary: I. Standard of Work- The Residence Life Department has the highest standards in terms of quality of work and the efficiency with which it is done. Assigned tasks are to be completed in a professional and timely manner to the satisfaction of the Maintenance Staff Supervisors, Director of Residence Life, or other members of the Residence Life Administrative staff. II. Job Responsibilities- The maintenance staff works to in collaboration with the professional maintenance staff to create, safe and welcoming environment for all customers by quickly and with little inconvenience, making repairs to residence halls.
