D1 Training is seeking a Sales Appointment Coordinator in Johnson City, TN. This role focuses on appointment setting, outbound outreach, and building lasting relationships to grow memberships and community impact.

You’ll proactively contact leads, schedule in-person consultations with the coaching team, and maintain strong follow-up to convert interest into memberships. A passion for fitness and teamwork helps drive success in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Sales, appointment setting, or customer service experience.
• Comfort with high outbound call volume.
• Strong communication and relationship skills.
• Organized, reliable with consistent follow-through.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact leads via phone, text, and email to set consultations and appointments.
• Conduct outbound outreach to local businesses, schools, and community organizations.
• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries from digital ads and marketing campaigns.
• Follow up with prospects consistently to keep appointments scheduled and attended.
• Build rapport with parents, athletes, and adult clients to understand their goals.
• Schedule and coordinate in-person sales consultations with the coaching team.
• Track activity and follow-ups accurately in the CRM.
• Represent D1 Training professionally within the local community.
