Job summary

Follett Higher Education is seeking an Athletics Retail Manager to lead the team store, events, and gameday operations on campus locations. You will motivate and guide a team to achieve sales growth and uphold Follett’s brand and operational standards.

You will oversee mentorship, development, and store performance while staying engaged with financial metrics and planning, supporting the Regional Manager in campus relations and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in retail management.
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent required.
• Supervisory and hiring experience required.
• Strong problem-solving and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all facets of the team store, special events, and gameday operations.
• Inspire teams to drive sales growth while delivering brand and operational excellence.
• Monitor store performance, financial metrics, and short/long-term planning.
• Support Regional Manager with campus relationships and operations.
