Job summary

Follett is seeking an Athletics Retail Manager to lead the team store, oversee special events and gameday operations. You will inspire your team to grow sales while maintaining brand standards and delivering an engaging customer experience.

You will mentor staff, monitor financial metrics, store performance, and both short- and long-term planning, supporting the Regional Manager with campus relationships and operations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
• Supervisory and Hiring experience.
• Problem-Solving Skills.
• General computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all facets of the team store, special events, and gameday operations.
• Inspire the team to drive sales growth while delivering brand and operational excellence and a superior customer experience.
