Make outbound phone calls and handle inbound phone calls, asnecessary. Work external events to include all WSU ticketed homeevents and select hosted events at WSU. Handle conversations inperson and over the phone with donors and season ticket holdersduring office hours. Projects as assigned by Revenue GenerationLeadership
Ability to work nights and weekends. Ability to stay in oneposition for long periods of time. Be responsible and organizedwith time. Ability to handle cash and balance. Ability to handledifficult conversations and situations when necessary.
Previous experience in a Sales and Customer ServiceEnvironment.
Hourly staff will carry out administrative and technical tasks asit relates to functions of athletics ticketing and development.This includes but is not limited to customer service conversations,interacting with and problem-solving for stakeholders at WSUAthletics events, and maintaining a first-class experience for allWSU patrons.
Ability to remain in a stationary position and/or traverse campusbuildings, including stairs. Ability to operate a computer andother office equipment including but not limited to phone,printers, copiers, and calculators. Ability to communicate withothers and accurately exchange information.
