Ticketing/developmentstaff is responsible for providing high-level customer service toWSU Athletics stakeholders while executing day-to-day functions ofintercollegiate athletics revenue generation practices.

Qualifications

• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Be responsible and organized with time.
• Ability to handle cash and balance.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations and situations when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound phone calls and handle inbound phone calls, as necessary.
• Work external events to include all WSU ticketed home events and select hosted events at WSU.
• Handle conversations in person and over the phone with donors and season ticket holders during office hours.
• Projects as assigned by Revenue Generation Leadership.
