Job summary

AUM Athletics in Montgomery, AL is seeking a part-time administrative assistant to support day-to-day operations and assist coaches, administrators, and student-athletes.

The role includes HR tasks, expense reimbursements, invoicing, calendar management, and event support, with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour. Applicants should be able to work non-traditional hours during the academic year.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of applicable University, NCAA and Gulf South Conference rules, practices and procedures.
• Positive attitude and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work with individuals from various backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily business affairs including invoices, reimbursements, PCard reconciliations, and budget audits.
• Assist with HR tasks such as hire/change/action forms.
• Support general administrative and gameday tasks.
• Manage master facility calendars.
• Support events like Hall of Fame and awards ceremonies.
