D1 Training is seeking a Sales Appointment Coordinator in Florida to drive appointment setting, outbound outreach, and relationship-building with families and athletes. You will coordinate in-person consultations with our coaching team and manage follow-ups to convert leads into memberships.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with prospects and clients.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact leads via phone, text, and email to set consultations and appointments.
• Conduct outbound outreach to local businesses, schools, and community organizations.
• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries from digital ads and marketing campaigns.
• Follow up with prospects consistently to keep appointments scheduled and attended.
• Build rapport with parents, athletes, and adult clients to understand their goals.
• Schedule and coordinate in-person sales consultations with the coaching team.
• Track activity and follow-ups accurately in the CRM.
• Represent D1 Training professionally within the local community.
