Job summary

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, seeks a Field Sales Professional to serve schools, clubs, and youth programs within the Fresno Territory. You will drive full-cycle sales from prospecting to account management, using CRM tools and data insights to grow multi-sport penetration while delivering best-in-class support to coaches and administrators.

The role requires 2–5 days travel weekly, evenings and weekends as needed, and a home-office/field hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' B2B outside sales experience (preferably in sporting goods) OR coaching/sports background.
• Associate's degree or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must possess reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class, consultative customer service to coaches across an assigned territory and drive revenue.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Actively develop and qualify leads within territory through cold-calling and campaigns.
• Navigate CRM to support sales and relationship management.
• Increase sales in existing accounts by selling multiple sports at all levels.
