BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY is seeking a Field Sales Professional to join our Sacramento, CA territory. This full-time hybrid role will involve local travel to schools and organizations, managing relationships, and driving full-cycle sales in a consultative capacity.

You will prospect, qualify leads, and leverage CRM to grow revenue across multiple sports and levels, with evenings/weekends possible to meet client needs. A reliable vehicle and driving record are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience (preferably in sporting goods) or coaching background.
• Associate's degree or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must have and maintain a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class, consultative customer service to coaches across an assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Actively develop and qualify leads within territory via cold-calling and campaigns.
• Navigate the company's CRM for prospecting, account management, and activity tracking.
• Increase sales in existing accounts by selling to all sports at all levels.
• Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage account list and travel within the assigned territory.
