Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY, is seeking a Field Sales Professional to drive full-cycle sales within a local territory. The role combines home-office and on-site engagement with schools and community programs, requiring 2–5 days in-territory travel.

You will prospect, manage accounts, and deliver service as a consultative partner to coaches, administrators, and youth organizations, ensuring revenue growth and customer satisfaction across all sports levels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience (sporting goods preferred) or coaching background.
• Associate's degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must have reliable vehicle, valid license, insurance and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative customer service to coaches in assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Develop and qualify leads within territory via cold-calling and campaigns.
• Navigate CRM to support sales and account management.
• Increase sales across sports and levels; build a strong pipeline.
