Job summary

D1 Training is seeking a Sales Appointment Coordinator to drive outbound outreach, set consultations, and nurture relationships with athletes and families. You’ll work with our coaching team to organize in-person sales consultations and grow memberships in the local community.

Ideal candidates have proven sales and appointment-setting experience, excellent communication, and a willingness to ride a structured, performance-based environment that rewards results.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, appointment setting, or call-center environments.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-through.
• Positive attitude and coachable mindset.
• Interest in fitness, athletics, or helping people improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact leads via phone, text, and email to set consultations and appointments.
• Conduct outbound outreach to local businesses, schools, and community organizations.
• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries from digital ads and marketing campaigns.
• Follow up with prospects to keep appointments scheduled and attended.
• Build rapport with parents, athletes, and adult clients to understand goals.
• Schedule and coordinate in-person sales consultations with the coaching team.
• Track activity and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Represent D1 Training professionally within the local community.
